We are very excited to begin the Chapel Remodel project for which we've campaigned and planned these nearly past three years. The project will commence the first week in January and will be completed for all to enjoy Easter Services. Just as the Resurrection of Christ brings new life to us, NewAldaya is delighted to bring forth a beautifully refreshed place of worship for our NewAldaya family. A special 'Thank You' to All who helped make this possible.

A series of low-impact functional fitness exercises focused on improving strength, balance, and range of motion.
An easy flowing sequence of gentle stretches and strengthening exercises will promote increased strength, flexibility, and vitality.
** This 8 week class offers a blend of cardio, strengthening, and sculpting. Body Blast is a unique addition to your workout routine, as it mixes things up and will help you get the results you've been looking for! This class offers a variety of formats that change every week. Activate more muscles, strengthen the core, and keep the heart rate at an effective training level. Equipment such as weights, bands, and body-weight resistance movements are utilized.
This class will incorporate all elements of fitness increasing your cardiovascular fitness and strength while at the same time improving your flexibility and balance. This class is great for those beginners of all ages!
This class will combine exercise techniques from both Yoga and Pilates that will promote a strong core. This will be a progressive class building on our foundation poses/exercises to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and stamina.
This 8 week class is a full body workout that targets all of the major muscles groups. You'll integrate strength and stretching exercises to produce stronger bones and muscles while at the same time increasing your metabolism to help maintain a healthy body weight. All levels are welcome, as the simple strong movements may be made more intense with heavier weights!
